As product manager, I've worked across a wide range of projects in health tech. Here are examples of my work:

product STRATEGY

  • Company I worked for needed a development plan for their core product – a web platform with drug pricing and access data

  • I designed and executed the product roadmap and strategy for 2020: carried out customer interviews, gathered key requirements, translated them into new feature ideas, and prioritised them based on customer needs & business KPIs

  • I organised and led taskforces to implement new data capabilities and features for the platform, managing teams in UK and India

  • As a result, the web platform increased its data capabilities twofold, three new features were developed, which in turn improved client satisfaction and increased sales

data automation

  • Company I worked for wanted to automate their data capturing process to improve work efficiency

  • I had the overall responsibility over the rollout of the project across the whole company, working with development, data and commercial teams to automate the capture of pricing data from over 100 disparate sources to our main database

  • The project resulted in 62% reduction in manual work required and 66% reduction in data refresh time, allowing us to allocate 30% more resources to priority business activities

AGILE process IMPROVEMENT

  • Company I worked for was scaling and struggled with an increasing number of customer requests

  • Working with product, engineering, design, marketing teams using Scrum, I mapped and implemented process roadmaps across the whole company: turned ad hoc requests into structured and actionable processes

  • As a result, the process time was improved by 100% and data accuracy by 30%
